Loosing weight in a very simple way.

Today, due to our busy schedule in work or in school we find it really difficult to go to gym or do simple exercise especially when you feel lazy at home. But do you know there are very simple ways of making yourself lose weight just by eating right food. Yes, just by eating right food and vegetables make it easy for us to lose weight. One type of fruit is apple. Apple is rich in pectin that functions to lower the bad cholesterols. Aside from this, pectin also make us feel that we’re still full for longer period of time. Thus helps us in craving for more food intake.
Replacing your usual snacks with apples make you more fit. About 3-4 apples per day are ideal which is in between meals or just after your regular meal. We can substitute also banana  if you want which also has an abundant benefits. Eating apple for a month or several combined with proper diet and exercise will surely pave the way of your healthy living.
