Abdominal Strain
Abdominal strain is a strain which occurs during a vigrous activity or during a forceful activity.

Ankle Sprain
Ankle sprain is a sprain which is caused when the ankle is twisted generally during playing or doing some other activity.

Achilles Tendinitis
The Achilles tendon is a band of tissue that connects the heel bone to the calf muscle of the leg. Injury to the tendon may cause it to become inflamed or torn.

Biceps Tendonitis
Biceps Tendonitis occurs when you do a lot of biceps curl that is why this injury is more prone to weight lifters. It also occurs when you do a lot of writing work like students.

Calf Strain
Calf Strain is a strain which occurs when you are push off forcefully from your toes. For example : During running, jumping. 

Finger Sprain
Finger sprain is a sprain which occurs when your finger is bent in some way causing damage to ligaments such as while playing football, cricket or some other ball game. 

Ice therapy R.I.C.E
The full form of R.I.C.E. is :- 
R stands for Rest.
I stands for Ice.
C stands for Compression.
E stands for Elevation. 
Ice therapy helps in faster recovery of the injury. 

Jumper's Knee (Patellar Tendonitis)
The most common activity which causes Jumper's Knee (Patellar Tendonitis) is too much jumping, running, bycycling. It's most common in weight lifters, badminton and tennis players. 

Lower Back Pain
Lower back pain occurs when ligament holding a vertebra is strained. Lower back pain is most common in people whose job involves lifting of heavy objects. 

Neck strain
Neck Strain usually occurs when your neck is in the same position for a long time. 

Runner's Knee (Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome)
Runner's Knee (Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome) occurs by overuse of the knee such as in sports and activities such as running, walking, jumping, or bicycling. 

Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis)
Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis) occurs by the overuse of the wrist extensors (muscles that pull the hand up) and can create cumulative stress on the tendons that attach to the elbow at the outer part.

The injuries are usually due to the various reasons such as due to the repetitive forces that lead to micro trauma or even inappropriate kind of over training.

Triceps Tendonitis
Triceps Tendonitis occurs when you fall onto your hands. It alo occurs if you do too much weight lifting or you are trying to push something too heavy.
Wrist Sprain
Wrist sprain usually occurs when you fall on an outstretched hand. Other causes are : Accidental falls, overuse of the wrist such as too much of writing.
